Vanesa Sastre is the founder of Juliet’s Wedding Planners. She has extensive experience in the event and luxury industries, shaped by 11 years of working with international couples and refined celebrations.
She is supported by a carefully curated in-house team that goes beyond planning. Alongside the planners, Juliet’s includes an interior designer who shapes the visual atmosphere of each celebration, and a graphic designer dedicated to wedding branding and bespoke stationery, ensuring every detail feels cohesive from the first impression to the final moment.

Start Planning Your Wedding in Mallorca
Planning a destination wedding in Mallorca requires time, expertise and complete oversight. That’s why we take on no more than 10 weddings a year, to ensure every couple receives our full attention, strategic guidance and on-the-ground presence throughout the entire journey.
On average, weddings in Mallorca range from 800€–2,000€ per guest, depending on your wishes and preferences.
Our full-service wedding planning experience, which includes the wedding day itself and up to two additional events such as a pre- and post-wedding celebrations, is billed at 10% of the total wedding budget, with a minimum fee of 12,500€ + 21% VAT for the 2026 season.
We recommend an overall budget starting at 85,000€ (excluding VAT).
