Availability & Booking Period

• Special rates available: from 18 to 22 June 2027.
• You do not need to book the entire period; you can choose the number of nights they need within these dates. 
• Bookings available until: 19 March 2027 or until all rooms are booked from the allotment.

Special Group Rates

To make your reservations at the contracted special group rates please follow these instructions:

1. Click on the link above to go to the Hotel website
2. Click on BOOK and then enter your desired arrival and departure dates (within the dates from 18th – 22nd of June 2027)
3. Enter the number of rooms (max. 2 rooms per booking) + number of guests per room
4. Go to special rates > select Corporate or Group Code and enter the code G-GRAC
5. Select the desired room category, enter your personal data and finish the booking process entering all necessary data (credit card etc.)

• Please note that only King Bed double rooms in single or double occupation (our standard category) during the contracted dates from 18 – 22 June 2027 can be booked with this code.
• To maintain the special rates, a minimum of 10 rooms must be booked in total by the wedding guests. If the minimum of 10 rooms is not reached, the hotel will adjust the rates to the online rate.
• Higher categories, family rooms, earlier arrivals or prolongations or any other type of variation cannot be booked directly with this code. In this case, please send an email to vivien.haas@lindnerhotels.com so that the Lindner Team can check availability and realize the booking for you.

Tourist Tax

Cancellation Policy

• Free cancellation up to 30 days before arrival.
• After this deadline, 90% of the total reservation amount will be charged.

Check-in & Check-out

• Check-in: from 3:00 PM
• Check-out: before 11:00 AM

The hotel offers free parking spaces for hotel guests.
