venue scouting and pre-planning
We will curate venue options based on your style and needs, providing expert and local insight. We will assist you with all pre-event planning decisions, such as menu selection, beauty salon appointments, venue visits, vendor consultations and on-the-day timeline scripts.
Budget development and management
We will arrange quotes and negotiate with all vendors, always considering Juliet's trusted network of professionals, and will manage your budget, keep track of estimates, payments, expenses, and contracts.
design & styling
Our interior designer will make sure that every environment created and every decorative element is thoughtfully selected and personalized to beautifully reflect your story and essence.
Wedding Weekend Logistics
We will manage every event of your wedding weekend, assist you in providing guest shuttles and accomodation options for guests, and oversee attendance and provision of special needs so you can focus on enjoying it all fully.
on-the-Weekend coordination
We will be on-site overseeing every event of your wedding weekend, assisting bride and groom and making sure each vendor delivers their services according to contract, creative direction, and timing.
wedding branding and stationery
Our graphic designer will create your wedding branding, a website with all the information guests need about the wedding weekend and online RSVP tools, and all the stationery items you may need, from announcement to on-the-day pieces.

Vanesa is the founder of Juliet’s Wedding Planners. Originally from Argentina, she has extensive experience in the event and luxury industries, shaped by 11 years of working with international couples and refined celebrations.
Methodical yet deeply personal, Vanesa leads every project with intention, designing weddings that reflect both the essence of Mallorca and the individuality of each couple.
She is supported by a carefully curated in-house team that goes beyond planning alone. Alongside the planners, Juliet’s includes an interior designer who shapes the visual atmosphere of each celebration, and a graphic designer dedicated to wedding branding and bespoke stationery, ensuring every detail feels cohesive and considered.
Together, the team works seamlessly to create weddings that are not only beautifully planned, but fully designed from the first impression to the final moment.

We put a lot of passion and time into our work. That’s why we take on no more than 10 weddings a year, giving each celebration the care and dedication it deserves.
On average, weddings in Mallorca range from 800€–2,000€ per guest, depending on your wishes and preferences.
Our wedding planning service, which includes the wedding day itself and up to two additional events such as a pre- and post-wedding celebrations, is billed at 10% of the total wedding budget, with a minimum fee of 9,700€ + 21% VAT for the 2026 season.
We recommend an overall budget starting at 80,000€ (excluding VAT).
